We at Lone Spirit Dispatch focus on our clients and their businesses. We want to make sure that you are happy with the loads that you are running and the amount of income that you are receiving. We make money when YOU make money, so you can be sure that your profits being maximized is important to us.
We have access to multiple load boards and have experience in navigating them quickly and efficiently. We will make sure that you agree to the load before we book it. We will confirm the schedule you want to run and do everything we can to keep you full, minimize deadhead, and have you home when you want to be there.
We are also partnered with OTR Capital. If you don’t have a factoring company already we can refer you to them for a great rate and great services. Get paid the same day you deliver the load or get lines of credit through fuel cards.
The range for dispatch is 8% to 10% depending on the number of trucks that you are running. For additional services or unique agreements such as dispatch and full back office support give us a call and we can give you a custom quote.
While our rates are negotiable, the bottom line is... You get what you pay for. Our company speaks from experience (both as drivers that needed the service AND as dispatchers for other companies that charged lower fees). When there is no incentive to work, a dispatcher can become complacent. If you have ever received loads that you were unhappy with or did not make the money that you wanted to per truck, then you know what we mean. If you are paying the smallest fee you can find or a cheap flat fee, why would the dispatcher take a personal interest in helping you make more money? They will likely need to get as many carriers signed on as they can to make the money they want. With our method, we make money when you make money. We don't overload our dispatchers with drivers/carriers so that they can focus on the ones they have and on negotiating the loads they want.
